导热功能材料在电力设备、电力电子器件、5G通信等方面的应用日益显著。近年来,特高压电力设施和5G通信的快速发展,对材料(特别是绝缘材料)的导热性能提出了更高的要求,亟需开发出具有更高导热性能的先进功能材料。
